TRACKING QUERIES
Orders are shipped from MAJA KOTALA in PARIS or CHORZOW- Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. (CET)
Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Tuesday morning.
MAJA KOTALA ships worldwide using DHL, LA POSTE delivery.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
USA and Canada: 10-13 days, according to the final destination
Europe: 5 day for major cities / 7-10 days for remote areas
South America: 13-14 days
Asia and the Middle East: 12-13 days
Australia and Oceania: 12-13 days for major cities / 14-15 days for remote areas
Africa: 12-14 days
MAJA KOTALA shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of MAJA KOTALA.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All requests to exchange must be made within 7 business days from the delivery date of the goods.
All requests are to be made via email at maja@majakotala.com
MAJA KOTALA does not provide refunds on any items purchased.
An Exchange Form will be issued to the customer upon a request to exchange. This must be sent back completed with the items to be exchanged. Products which do not have the original tags and Exchange Form completed will not be eligible for exchange. All product returned for exchange must be new, unused, with MAJA KOTALA tags still attached and in its original packaging. Once the product has been received and it’s condition assessed by MAJA KOTALA and confirmed as new, unused and eligible for exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Exchanges can only be made for garments and designs of equal or greater value. All shipping charges for exchanges are incurred by the customer. Customers who are located outside of Europe may also incur duties and taxes. All items are thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any faults before it is dispatched to the customer. Should you receive an item which is faulty, please contact MAJA KOTALA immediately via email at maja@majakotala.com
CREDIT NOTE: We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The above conditions apply
CANCELLATIONS Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please ensure to check all orders prior to confirming any transactions.
